Abstract

In this article, in the context of globalization, increasing the independence of
higher education institutions in the development and adoption of management
decisions, which is considered an objective need in the field of higher education
service provision, as well as the management of higher education institutions in
developed countries and the organization of their analytical training on a scientific
basis scientific and theoretical information is presented.
