Abstract

This research work is dedicated to food hygiene, which is one of the sub-sections of the science of hygiene. In addition, some serious consequences of proper nutrition and improper nutrition are also in the focus of the discussion of this scientific article. This scientific work is written for the study and analysis of the effects of food products on human health and development, prevention of negative consequences that may occur as a result of improper nutrition, the food consumed - increasing the benefit of food, consists in studying the characteristics of nutrition based on the gender, age and constitutional characteristics of a person.
