Abstract

One of the important conditions for the construction of a democratic legal
state in Uzbekistan is the creation of a system of protection of fundamental rights
and freedoms of the individual and practical guarantees of every human rights in
society. Targeted work on ensuring human rights and freedoms is being carried out
in our country. A whole system of legislation has been developed and national
institutions for the protection of human rights and freedoms have been successfully
developing. The first international legal document added after the independence of
the Republic of Uzbekistan was the "Universal Declaration of human rights". This
indicates Uzbekistan's real goals for the development, protection and guarantee of
human rights. Today, the Republic of Uzbekistan has ratified more than 80
international legal acts on human rights and freedoms. With the addition of the
Republic of Uzbekistan to the main documents on human rights and freedoms, the
generally recognized principles of international law are gradually being
implemented into the national legal system
