PREPARATION OF THE INITIAL SOURCE FOR THE SELECTION OF SOFT WHEAT WITH SHORT STEMS, AS WELL AS THE INTRODUCTION OF PRACTICAL CELECTIVITY

Abstract

In order to increase the productivity of wheat in the world, a number of
scientific studies related to short-stemmedness were carried out, including:
lodging-resistant lines were obtained by experimental mutagenesis with the
participation of short-stemmed soft wheat varieties (CIMMYT, Mexico).
