Abstract

The article presents the results of our own studies on the study of CTX-II in
patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) who underwent COVID-19. Based on
the studies, very high levels of CTX-II were found in patients with AS after
COVID-19, which indicates the destruction of the cartilaginous part of the spine
and damage to bone and structural elements as a result of the progression of the
disease against the background of a coronavirus infection
