Abstract
According to the results of the use of dental crown defects in preschool children
with thin-walled crowns, it helps to fix fillings, preserve milk teeth until the period of physiological
change, creates favorable conditions for the formation of bite height, chewing and growth of dental
arches. Replacement of defects in the dentition in children with removable dentures prevents the
occurrence of dentoalveolar anomalies. In 81.8% of children of I, II and III dispensary groups, a
normal bite was formed by the period of changing teeth.
