Abstract
Effective writing skills are crucial for clear and persuasive communication,
both in professional and personal contexts. In the legal profession, clear and effective
written communication is particularly important. It enables lawyers to convey
arguments, analyze complex legal issues, communicate with clients and other legal
professionals, preserve legal precedents, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to
legal scholarship. However, many law students face challenges in developing their
writing competence, especially when working with official documents. This article
explores the difficulties encountered by law students in this regard and provides tips
for improving their writing skills.
