Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of direct organization of physical education in the preschool education system, morphofunctional and psychophysiological features of kindergarten children, ways to take them into account when performing physical exercises. In kindergartens, pedagogicals recommendations will be presented regarding interest in physical exercises, opinions on their use.
