Abstract

This article describes in detail the funeral rites of the Zoroastrian
(fire worship) religion, which is the basis of the first monotheistic doctrine. It also
talks about different views on the burial of a deceased person and the first burial
places “dakhma”. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the funeral rites in
the doctrine from a historical point of view.
