National traditions of any nation will be nourishing, empowering legends, epics,
folk oral creativity, without which national traditions and national spirituality will not
be able to fully manifest their meaning and beauty. Before talking about wellness issues
in Uzbek mythology, we need to dwell a little on the concept of myth.
