Abstract

The article examines the reforms and prospects for improving human rights
legislation, as well as the theoretical and legal foundations for further development
of the Development Strategy. Its scientific and practical significance is analyzed in
the context of increasing the responsibility of a modern democratic state for the full
realization of human rights and freedoms, ensuring human rights in the updated
Constitution and reforms in modern Uzbekistan. The author also offers a reasoned
conclusion about the concept of youth policy and reform.
