Abstract

The article discusses the nature and regularities of the educational
process in universities, the impact of the social (team) on the student's personality,
the impact of a systematic approach to education on personality development, the
coordination of educational components and the participants in the process, the
implementation of the student education system , The continuity of educational
work and the complexity of courses are reflected in the issues of adaptation to the
future workplace.
