Formation of indicative approaches in the national legal system by creating performance indices of state bodies, taking into account the analysis of internationally recognized ratings

Abstract

The article examines the independence of Uzbekistan and ongoing reforms
for the benefit of the people. The author pays attention to the historical and
theoretical analyses of the study. The updated Constitution, which is the guarantor
of the protection of human rights in modern Uzbekistan, is considered. The
problems of forming the system of statepower, building the ruleof law and civil
societyin the context of sovereign development are taken into account. The article
analyzes the new way of modern Uzbekistan and its independence, which ensured
the freedom and future prospects of the country, referring to the examples of
ongoing reforms
