Abstract

It is noted that the material stimulation of professors and teachers of higher
educational institutions and other categories of employees is carried out in the form
of monetary rewards, as well as at the expense of extra-budgetary funds by the
management by setting a premium and additional fees for basic wages for high
creative and production achievements in labor activities.
