Abstract

Annotation. In the article, the existence of the principles of rights protection and protection of rights in all forms of legal assistance in the implementation of rights and legal interests is based on the analysis of existing views on the interdependence of rights protection and protection in the mechanism of legal provision. The author examines the impact of such dependence on legal regulation and legal protection as a characteristic of legal aid in the exercise of rights and legal interests.
