Abstract

Annotation. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan embodies all the national and spiritual values that are compatible with the nature of our people, the virtues of our people, such as goodness, humanity, and tolerance. It is worth noting that in our country, in order to fully realize the noble idea of "For the dignity of man", to ensure the harmony of international standards in the field of human rights and freedoms with our national legislation, and to ensure the interests of the people, systematic and gradual introduction into the activities of state bodies is being carried out. It is recognized by the world community that strengthening the guarantees of human rights and freedoms and ensuring the rule of law, as well as their implementation in society and the life of every citizen, has become a rich goal of the internal and foreign policy of New Uzbekistan.
