THE HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ON PROTECTION OF ENTREPRENEURS RIGHTS IN UZBEKISTAN DURING INDEPENDENCE YEARS

Abstract

This article analyzes the history of development of administrative justice on protection of entrepreneur’s rights in Uzbekistan during independence years. At the same time, it separately studies the periods of the first stage (1991-2017) of hearing of administrative disputes in civil and economic courts and the second stage (since 2017) in specialized administrative courts. Besides, based on the analysis of the results of administrative justice practice over the past 5 years, the article puts forward conceptual proposals to improve administrative court proceedings.
