Abstract

It is known that the emergence of prices is significantly influenced by
production costs, taxes, supply and demand for a product, and the level of inflation.
The rapid population growth in developing countries, the study of the impact of the
results of changes in output on prices, is considered one of the most important
issues. Under the influence of the above factors, market prices for meat products in
Uzbekistan tripled over the period 2011-2023. One of the main reasons for this is
considered to be a decrease in the volume of products per person during this
period. Taking into account such specific facts, the article is aimed at solving the
