Abstract
In recent years, the concept of" MS " has been constantly expanding. Due to
the high prevalence and intensity of damage to Parodont tissues, currently
parodontal diseases are of not only medical, but also social importance. Therefore,
this work is devoted to the urgent problem of modern medicine - the improvement
of the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases in combination with metabolic
syndrome. To date, the association between pathological changes in generalised
parodontitis and general somatic disorders in metabolic syndrome has not been
studied in parodont. Highlighting the link between common somatic diseases and
generalized periodontitis in metabolic syndrome can be an important basis for
further improvement of differential diagnostic criteria and methods for the
