Abstract
Worldwide, cerebral palsy is not only the most common [2] and complex
disease among all neuromotor disorders in children [6], but also the most common
cause of physical disability in childhood [15], diagnosed in one in 500 children in
developed countries [14] and leading to more than 1 million chronic patients aged 21
years [5,26].
