Abstract

Image-guided minimally invasive surgery has become an increasingly important component of modern gynecologic oncology. By integrating highdefinition imaging, fluorescence-guided techniques, and advanced laparoscopic instrumentation, surgeons can improve tumor localization, preserve healthy tissue, and optimize operative outcomes. This article discusses the evolution of imageguided surgical technologies, their clinical applications in gynecologic cancers, and their impact on perioperative safety and patient recovery. Although challenges related to cost and implementation remain, these technologies have considerable potential to enhance precision and support personalized surgical care
