Abstract

The role of fish products in satisfying the body's demand for useful elements
is incomparable. It is gratifying that in today's era, when the issue of healthy eating
was on the agenda, the demand of our people for this product is growing. The scale
of work carried out in our country to meet the current demand is also not small. For
9 months of this year alone, 82.8 thousand tons of fish were grown in the Republic,
which indicates an increase of 23 thousand tons compared to the same period last
year.
