Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive investigation of the bioecological characteristics of major insect pests occurring in the biocenosis of apricot (Prunus armeniaca) fruit trees. The research focuses on economically important pest species, including case-bearing moths, scale insects, the apricot weevil (Rhynchites auratus), and the apricot seed wasp. Their morphology, developmental stages, phenology, population dynamics, and interactions with the host plant were analyzed
