Abstract

This article examines the development of the national construction industry in the context of New Uzbekistan, with particular emphasis on accelerating product diversification processes in construction enterprises. Special attention is paid to improving the system of technical regulation and standardization, establishing the “Uzbekistan Building Code (UBC)”, introducing a national classifier of construction resources, and implementing the industrial mortgage mechanism as a tool of state support.
