Abstract

In the article, the author discusses the mechanisms of development of
inflammatory processes in the gums and provides an overview of modern therapeutic approaches to correct them. Various aspects related to decision-making
between tooth-preserving surgery and tooth extraction are also discussed, and the
author provides an overview of current approaches and recommendations. The
author examines the features of preparation for implantation.
