THE ROLE OF TOXICOLOGICAL CHEMISTRY IN PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES

Abstract

Toxicological chemistry plays a critical role in pharmaceutical sciences by
ensuring the detection, identification, and quantitative determination of toxic
substances in biological and non-biological matrices. This article reviews the
fundamental principles of toxicological chemistry with particular emphasis on
mineralization techniques, methods for isolating toxic substances from various
objects, and the strategic importance of toxicological chemistry in pharmacy. Recent
scientific and technological advances, including modern instrumental methods and
analytical validation approaches, are also discussed. Schematic diagrams and
