Abstract

Abstract. Currently, states are increasingly focusing on improving the level of education of their populations and ensuring that education levels meet international standards. Improving the level of education, achieving high educational rankings internationally, and engaging the population in science are among the state's priorities. Therefore, public administration and regulation of education are the primary tools for achieving these goals.
