Abstract

Since our country gained independence, great attention has beenpaidtotheoil and gas industry, which is considered one of the main sectors of production.Inthis regard, the scope of work to be carried out in the sector was clearlydefinedinthe decrees and orders of our President on the development of the oil andgassector.In order to achieve fuel‑energy independence in the Republic, the constructionofnew plants was undertaken alongside the existing operational factories. Withthecommissioning of the newly built plants, it was planned not only tomeet domesticdemand for fuel products but also to export products to foreign markets
