Abstract

In terms of the possibility of attracting financial resources, two methods of
financing investment projects are distinguished: external and internal source-based
financing. External sources of financing include special preferential loans of the
state (state property committee, Employment Fund, peasant and farm funds, special
resource of Microkreditbank, etc.k.); loans from commercial banks (Special Fund
of preferential lending); proceeds from the issuance and sale of securities; funds
from foreign lines of credit, etc..
