Abstract
Neuroinformatics integrates neuroscience data with computational models to
understand brain function. Biophysical approaches provide insights into the electrical
and chemical processes underlying neuronal activity. This paper explores the synergy
between neuroinformatics and biophysics in modeling brain activity, highlighting
computational models, neural networks, and neuromorphic engineering. We discuss
the integration of nanoscale memristor synapses and spintronic oscillators in
neuromorphic computing, emphasizing their role in emulating brain functions
