Abstract

In the process of globalization, it is important to achieve speed and quality
indicators in the organization of education. After all, in the situation where the
flow of information is becoming more and more intense, the retraining of
pedagogic personnel of higher educational institutions and the ability to arm the
trainees with the necessary knowledge are considered one of the main criteria that
determine the professional competence of each pedagogue.
