DEVELOPMENT OF A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PROCESSING ERRORS

Abstract

Construction of a mathematical model of processing errors. By examining the
scatter diagram, one can roughly estimate the behavior of the processing process. The shift of the
distribution center (adjustment level) determines the systematic composition of the sum of
processing errors, and the shift of the dimensions relative to the line of the shift of the distribution
center is the random composition. In order to mathematically describe the behavior of the processing
process, the deviation from the dimensions of successively specified parts can be considered as a
random function of the serial number of the part. The data are given only for cases where the
indicator has a categorical value.
