Anti-corrosion plastic materials.

Abstract

To cover the surface of a metal object with a layer of metal that is
resistant to corrosion. The standard electrode potential of the metal used for this
purpose must be more negative than that of the metal to be protected from corrosion.
One such possibility is to cover the iron object with a layer of zinc (anodic coating).
The iron object being protected will not be subject to corrosion until this layer is
completely oxidized.
