Abstract

Obesity significantly impacts women's gynecological health, contributing to
various reproductive disorders and increasing the risk of gynecological cancers. This
article explores the intricate relationship between weight and gynecological health,
examining how weight loss can serve as a preventive and therapeutic measure. We
discuss the effects of obesity on menstrual irregularities, fertility, pregnancy
outcomes, and the development of conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome
(PCOS) and endometrial cancer. Additionally, we highlight evidence-based strategies
for weight management and their positive outcomes on gynecological health
