##plugins.themes.academic_pro.article.main##
Abstract
Conservative myomectomy is a common surgical procedure for women with
symptomatic uterine fibroids who desire future fertility. However, successful
conception and pregnancy after myomectomy are influenced by several factors,
highlighting the importance of pre-pregnancy preparation. This study explores the
critical components of pregravid care in women following myomectomy, examining
factors such as optimal timing for conception, management of surgical complications,
uterine healing, and necessary investigations.
