Abstract

This article explores the critical role of communication in language education,
teaching language as a set of social competencies, and the issue of achieving high
efficiency in the learning process based on students' acquisition of knowledge within
the language framework. The article highlights the importance of language
proficiency in enabling today's youth to protect their rights and interests, and
discusses modern approaches to language education.
