Abstract
This paper explores the efficacy of lymphotropic antibiotic therapy combined
with phytotherapy in the treatment of furuncles and carbuncles in the maxillofacial
region. Traditional approaches to treating these bacterial skin infections often involve
systemic antibiotics, which may have adverse side effects. Lymphotropic therapy
aims to deliver antibiotics directly to the affected lymphatic system, potentially
increasing drug concentration at the infection site while minimizing systemic
exposure. This study investigates the synergistic effect of combining lymphotropic
antibiotics with phytotherapeutic agents known for their anti-inflammatory and
antimicrobial properties. The research will explore the mechanisms of action for both
types of therapies and analyze clinical outcomes, including the reduction in lesion
size, duration of treatment, and the incidence of recurrence. The ultimate aim is to
determine whether this combined approach can offer a more effective and safer
treatment option for furuncles and carbuncles in the maxillofacial region.
