METHODOLOGY OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS BASED ON AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH

Abstract
Using a set of theoretical, empirical and statistical methods, it was possible to show ways to improve the effectiveness of the educational process. The basic principles of student preparation were formulated as follows:
1) a systematic approach to the formation of professional competence, organization and implementation of the educational process;
2) program-targeted formation of an indicative basis for the upcoming professional activity and
3) creation of a competence model of the corresponding specialization as a hierarchy of the student's professional competence system, its subsystems and supersystems. Kazakhstan universities are recommended to improve the tools and procedures for assessing and monitoring the level of knowledge of students, as well as to create new programs for the development of professional competencies of students to ensure their successful employment.
