Abstract

Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) and painful periods (dysmenorrhea)
are common gynecological concerns affecting a significant portion of the female
population. These conditions can have a significant impact on a woman's physical
and mental health, leading to discomfort, fatigue, and social disruption. The
underlying causes of these conditions are diverse, ranging from hormonal
imbalances and uterine fibroids to endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory
disease
